What are your shipping costs?

If you would like international shipping, please contact us for a custom quote.

How long will my order take?

While we try to dispatch all orders the following day, this is not always possible. To ensure we meet your expectations, please allow the following for delivery:

New Zealand: up to 7 working days
Australia:  up to 15 working days

Do you ship anywhere else apart from New Zealand and Australia?

Yes, please email us at moniquebohnenn@icloud.com and we can send you a special shipping quote.  

What payment methods do you take?

We accept VISA and MasterCard through PayPal.  You do not need to have a PayPal account and can pay with a standard credit card.  If you do not have a credit card or PayPal, please contact us and we can arrange a bank deposit.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your online order provided the order has not been dispatched. We will refund the cost of your order.  Please contact us as soon as possible to check whether your order may be cancelled.

Can I return or exchange a purchase?

If you are not happy with your purchase we will either give you a refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange it, as long as you contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.  Sorry but we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.  Please note that additional shipping costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and the shipment of the new item will be subject to our receiving monies from you for additional shipping costs incurred. 

My purchase arrived damaged or faulty, what should I do?

We aim to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition.  However, if you do receive an item that is faulty or damaged we will replace it immediately.  Please contact us within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered in order for us to replace the product.  If the product is faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of return postage.
